Let’s Include began with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to be seen for what they can do.
For many people with disabilities, finding meaningful employment can involve barriers that have little to do with their skills, talent, or ambition. At the same time, many employers want to build more inclusive workplaces but may not know where to find the right candidates or how to begin.
Let’s Include brings these two sides together. We connect people with disabilities who are looking for employment with companies that are open to inclusive hiring, helping create pathways towards meaningful work, independence, and opportunity.
We believe inclusion is not about giving someone an advantage. It is about making sure that everyone has a fair chance to participate.
Because talent has no disability. Opportunity shouldn’t either.
